August is a slow month in the courts. However, we had one case go to full trial.
Mirsade Bajraktarevic tried and won an auto accident case in Supreme Court, Bronx County. It was tried to a judge without a jury in the court’s summary jury trial program. We will talk more about this program in future posts.
