Well, not really. But at least we have your attention.
We recently handled a case with an equally bizarre set of facts.
Linda, a young lady, was returning home to her apartment in a Brooklyn brownstone. The landlady lived on the ground floor next to the stairs. While climbing the stairs the client was bitten by the landlady’s dog which was still in the apartment. How could this be?
The dog was safely locked-up in the apartment, but he poked his head through a hole in the wall to the stairs. The hole was big enough for the dog’s head. When Linda passed he bit her!
